1. Object

These conditions regulate the contracting of tourist accommodation reservations on the website www.apartamentosviladomar.com, owned by Jose Manuel Lafuente Garrido, with address at Rúa das Areas 42, 1A, 36393 Sabarís, Baiona (Pontevedra), Spain.

2. Acceptance

Making a reservation through the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the current Cancellation Policy.

3. Booking process

• The user can check availability and prices using the integrated booking engine (WooCommerce + Yhit Booking & appointment for woocommerce).
• To confirm a reservation, it is necessary to provide the requested personal data and make the corresponding payment or deposit.
• The reservation confirmation will be sent by email, including a summary of the stay and the applicable conditions.
• If errors are detected in the entered data, the user may communicate it immediately to info@apartamentosviladomar.com.

4. Prices and payments

• The prices indicated include VAT and the services detailed in the accommodation description.
• Deposits or advances may be required to guarantee the reservation.
• Payments are made by bank card (through Stripe) or by the means that the owner enables on the website.

5. Cancellation policy

The specific policy detailed in the corresponding section of this website will apply. Before finalizing the reservation, the user must read and accept the cancellation and refund conditions.

6. Modifications or cancellations by the establishment

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent offering the reserved accommodation, the establishment may offer alternative dates or fully reimburse the amounts paid, without the right to additional compensation.

7. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the accommodation with respect and without causing damage.
• Comply with the rules of coexistence and rest of the establishment.
• Communicate any incidents during the stay.

Serious breach of these obligations may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to reimbursement.

8. Responsibility of the owner

The owner will not be responsible for interruptions, errors or technical incidents beyond their control that affect the reservation process or access to the site.

9. Billing

The client may request an invoice indicating the corresponding tax information at the time of booking or by contacting us by email.

10. Legislation and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Pontevedra, unless consumer protection regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
