Any modification will be considered a new reservation if it affects the season or different rates.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Cancellations due to force majeure<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the client provides proof of force majeure (serious illness, travel restrictions, health emergencies, etc.), the establishment may offer a voucher for the stay or a partial\/full refund, depending on the case.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Cancellations by the establishment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If, due to reasons beyond the client&#8217;s control, the accommodation cannot be provided (breakdowns, force majeure, etc.), alternative accommodation of a similar category will be offered, or the amount paid will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>How to request cancellations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The client must send an email to info@apartamentosviladomar.com indicating the reservation number and the reason for the cancellation.
