Before finalizing the reservation, the user must read and accept the cancellation and refund conditions. <\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><b>  Modifications or cancellations by the establishment<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent offering the reserved accommodation, the establishment may offer alternative dates or fully reimburse the amounts paid, without the right to additional compensation.<\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><b>  User obligations<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The user agrees to:<\/p><ul><li>Use the accommodation with respect and without causing damage.<\/li><li>Comply with the rules of coexistence and rest of the establishment.<\/li><li>Communicate any incidents during the stay.<\/li><\/ul><p>Serious breach of these obligations may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay without the right to reimbursement.<\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b>  Responsibility of the owner<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The owner will not be responsible for interruptions, errors or technical incidents beyond their control that affect the reservation process or access to the site.<\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><b>  Billing<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>The client may request an invoice indicating the corresponding tax information at the time of booking or by contacting us by email.<\/p><p> <\/p><ol start=\"10\"><li><b>  Legislation and jurisdiction<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
